Employer matching gifts.

A Note on Tax Deductibility
The Sparrows is the DBA of The Sparrow Fund, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Contributions are tax-deductible as allowed by law. For planned gifts, including stock and IRA distributions, we recommend speaking with your financial or tax advisor about what makes sense for you.
